Lead times from our suppliers for laser cutting , powder coating and zinc platting/anodising are taking longer then usual. We are trying to increase our stock levels to help offset this problem.

On receipt of an order, we will respond by email or phone to advise availability, shipping and confirm total cost of order. Your return confirmation will be required before proceeding with processing the order.

Shipping & Deliveries

Orders are mostly dispatched throughout Australia and overseas via TOLL and TNT. We also use the services of Australia Post where required. We reserve the right to nominate our carrier of choice at any time and you will be advised of the carrier selected for your order.

All shipping is at the particular carrier's rates and requirements. All shipping costs including insurance surcharges are payable by the customer and are additional to the cost of items purchased.

Overseas consignments may be subject to import/customs regulations and duties as applicable and payable at the destination points and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

Transit Insurance is optional for all consignments within Australia and is the customer's responsibility to request and incur additional cost for insurance cover applicable to different carriers. Insurance is generally mandatory for overseas consignments and will be included in the shipping charges.

Once a consignment is handed over to the care of a carrier for dispatch, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to goods whatsoever whilst in transit or in the care of a third party.

Delivery times are always subject to a carrier's scheduling, we therefore cannot control goods in transit but we can advise on expected delivery times and generally assist with tracking information.


Prices shown are in $AUD and include 10% GST applicable in Australia. Overseas purchases are excluded from GST.

Payment in $AUD may be made by electronic bank transfer, credit card (Master or Visa), money order or cheque. All monies to be cleared prior to the dispatch of any goods. We reserve the right to nominate payment method for overseas orders.

 ZipPay and AfterPay

If you choose to pay with one of these methods you also accept to pay the 5% fee on top of the product price, this fee must be checked in the cart prior to proceeding to the payment.
