Stepped Flange Dies

As with our dimple dies, these step flange dies are also machined from 4140 steel and suited for thin sheet to 1mm thickness.
Using a draw stud, the two die halves are drawn together on either side of a correctly sized hole with a wrench and spanner to form an approximate 30 degree angled step down and again for greater strength and appearance. Each flange die will require a draw stud, refer to sizes noted below.
